Bubbas Bamboo Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Bubbas! 💙 We understand that sometimes a size doesn’t work or something isn’t quite right. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, all items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and other signs of use
• In original condition with all tags attached

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

Approved returns will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bubbas Bamboo is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange eligible items when inventory is available.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once your return is received and approved, Bubbas Bamboo will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item back to you.

Because many of our prints and styles are limited and sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement size will still be available. If it is unavailable, we will work with you on the available options.

Wrong, Missing or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item, are missing an item, or your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos when applicable.

If the mistake was ours, Bubbas Bamboo will make it right and cover any necessary shipping costs.

Claims for incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective merchandise must be submitted within the 7-day window.

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you received an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Normal Wear & Care

Bamboo is an incredibly soft and delicate fabric and should be cared for accordingly. Normal wear, pilling, fading, staining, accidental damage, improper washing or drying, and damage occurring after an item has been worn or washed are not considered manufacturing defects.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your Bubbas items to help keep them looking their best.
